Design

This round-neck cashmere cardigan is a neat, polished knit for cool-weather layering. It has a close crew neckline, long sleeves, ribbed trims, and a single-breasted front with two visible buttons at the upper chest. The fit is regular rather than oversized, making it easy to wear over a fine top or under a coat.

Craft

The supplier specification states goat cashmere, and the garment is made in a medium-weight flat-knit construction with a soft hand. The cardigan is available in S, M and L, with colour options including Plain White, White Dot, Bright Red, Ivory, Light Blue, Deep Red, Charcoal, Dark Grey and Navy Dot.

Approximate flat measurements are: S length 52 cm, half bust 45 cm, shoulder 33.5 cm, sleeve 54 cm; M length 54 cm, half bust 48 cm, shoulder 35 cm, sleeve 56 cm; L length 56 cm, half bust 51 cm, shoulder 36.5 cm, sleeve 58 cm. Please allow for slight size measure variations of 1-2 cm.

How to Wear It

Wear it buttoned as a compact knit top, or leave it open over a silk camisole, dress, shirt or fine roll-neck. Ivory and Plain White keep the look soft and minimal, the grey tones work well with tailoring, Light Blue feels fresh for daytime, and the reds add a stronger accent.

• Choose S, M or L according to the flat measurements rather than the label alone.
• Pair Plain White, Ivory or White Dot with cream, camel, denim and soft grey.
• Use Charcoal, Dark Grey or Navy Dot for a quieter office layer.
• Wear Bright Red or Deep Red as a colour accent with black, navy or winter white.

Care

Cashmere should be handled gently. Dry cleaning is recommended. If hand washing, use cold water and a cashmere-safe detergent, press out water without wringing, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Store folded rather than hung, and keep away from jewellery, rough surfaces and moths.
