Your UK Consumer Rights

30-Day Returns Policy
Eligibility
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The item has not been worn, washed, or altered
- You provide proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

- Include: Your reason for return, order number, and item(s) to return
Step 2: Wait for return authorisation
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- You will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- We will provide the return address
Step 3: Ship the item back
- Pack securely in original packaging if possible
- Include your RA number on the package
- Use a tracked shipping service
- Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed

Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns (Change of Mind) — UK: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured service. Items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind) — International: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs including any customs fees or import duties incurred on the return shipment.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — UK and International: We cover all return shipping costs. Contact us immediately and we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs. See the Faulty Items section below.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: Within 2–3 business days of receipt
- Refund Issued: Within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Refund Amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days after refund is issued
- PayPal: 1–3 business days after refund is issued
You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the original following the process above and place a new order for the item you would like. We will process your refund promptly once we receive the return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Our Commitment
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will put it right at no cost to you.

- Include clear photos of the fault or damage

Resolution Options
You may choose:
- Full Refund — Money returned to your original payment method
- Replacement — New item sent at no additional cost
- Partial Refund — If you wish to keep the item with an agreed discount
Late or Missing Orders
- Days 1–10: Normal delivery window for standard shipping. Track your order using the number in your dispatch email.
- Days 11–14: Contact us at support@herbertaccessory.site. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 48 hours.
- After Day 15: We will issue a full refund or resend your order at no cost — your choice.
