Welcome to Herbert, a sanctuary for those who cherish the timeless charm of silk and cashmere scarves. Think of Herbert as more than just a brand; it is a heartfelt tribute to my beloved mother, an ardent Herborist who instilled in me a profound appreciation for all forms of beauty.
As a purveyor of silk and cashmere scarves, my aspiration was to seamlessly blend my passion for premium materials with the artistry of impressive design. That aspiration breathes life into Herbert, translating into scarves that go beyond mere accessories; they are wearable expressions of elegance.
Our manufacturing facility holds a rich history dating back to 1868 during the Qing Dynasty. Nestled by the scenic West Lake, the inscription on our plaque is penned by the renowned Chinese calligrapher, Aixinjueluo Fuyan, and stands as a testament to our age-old craftsmanship.
Located in bustling Haining, Zhejiang, bordering Hangzhou, our factory was established in 2002. Since its inception, we’ve devoted ourselves to creating high-end silk printed scarves that form the bedrock of our product line. With a talented pool of designers and a first-line factory with over 20 years of experience, Herbert stands as a symbol of heritage, craft, and creativity.
Each scarf in our collection exemplifies craftsmanship carried out to minute detail, blending the best of silk and cashmere, and in the process creating wearable works of art that elevate any outfit.
Herbert is more than a commercial venture. It is a symbol of my passion, acting as a conduit that carries forth my mother’s legacy and a belief that beauty should be both treasured and shared. With every scarf we bring to you, we aim to convey a semblance of this sentiment, letting you carry a piece of cherished heritage and a spark of creativity no matter where life leads you.
At Herbert, we extend an invitation to you to experience more than just a scarf. Immerse yourself in a narrative woven with stories, a fusion of art and craft that transforms the ordinary into extraordinary. Join us in celebrating beauty, one scarf at a time.
