Located in bustling Haining, Zhejiang, bordering Hangzhou, our factory was established in 2002. Since its inception, we’ve devoted ourselves to creating high-end silk printed scarves that form the bedrock of our product line. With a talented pool of designers and a first-line factory with over 20 years of experience, Herbert stands as a symbol of heritage, craft, and creativity.
