DESIGN / About the Design
Inspired by the famous orchestral piece Bolero, this design captures a graceful dance among sprays of lily of the valley. Delicate bell-shaped blooms and sweeping green leaves are set against a deep navy ground scattered with white polka dots, evoking the rhythmic sway of a dancer stepping lightly through a moonlit garden. The interplay of botanical illustration and classic polka dot motif creates a composition that is both playful and refined, carrying the gentle fragrance of flowers into a dreamlike reverie. Framed by a crisp navy border, the pattern offers a timeless nautical elegance with a botanical twist.
Craftsmanship
Woven from premium 14 momme silk twill, this scarf features a structured drape with a subtle diagonal texture that resists creasing. Using advanced double-sided same-colour digital printing technology and an intelligent colour matching system, both faces of the scarf display equally vibrant, high-definition patterns. This overcomes the traditional limitation where the reverse side of a silk scarf appears slightly faded. Each edge is finished by hand using traditional rolled-hem techniques for a soft, natural border.
