Design
Flying Swallow Geometric is a long diamond scarf with two coordinated print stories in one slim silhouette. The black colourway uses the SKU-07 black-and-ivory flying swallow design, with one side covered in small swallow motifs and the other side set in narrow geometric stripes. The brown colourway repeats the same flying-swallow and geometric idea in warm brown, ivory, and muted copper tones.
Craft
The scarf is made from a lightweight 30% silk and 70% wool blend. The fabric has a soft, airy handle with a gentle matte texture, giving the pointed shape an easy drape without feeling heavy.
The finished size is 140 x 43 cm. A scalloped lace-trim edge follows the diamond outline and frames the print on both sides. Please allow for slight size measure variations in finished silk-wool pieces.
How to Wear It
The 140 cm diamond shape works as a polished neck scarf, a light collar over knitwear, or a narrow shoulder accent. Tie the points at the front for structure, loop it once for softer volume, or leave it open to show the long tapered ends.
- Choose Black for a crisp black-and-ivory contrast against cream, navy, grey, denim, or black tailoring.
- Choose Brown for warmer styling with navy, chocolate, camel, ivory, or olive.
- Fold it narrow and knot at the side for a compact neck accent.
- Drape it over a cardigan or coat to show the scalloped border.
Care
Handle silk-wool gently, and keep it away from jewellery, rough surfaces, and perfume. Hand wash cool with a mild detergent, reshape carefully, dry flat in the shade, and press on a low setting from the reverse if needed. For washing and storage, follow our Silk Care Guide.
