All prices displayed on our Service are in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Information

Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China using express logistics services. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy.

UK Standard Shipping:

Delivery: 5-10 business days (most arrive within 7 days)
Free on orders over £50
Under £50: £4.95 shipping fee

UK Express Shipping:

Delivery: 4-7 business days
Cost: £12.95

4.2 International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations with varying delivery times and costs. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

4.3 Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Service pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Until payment is received in full, all products remain our property.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 UK Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the items are unused and in original condition.

Refund processed within 14 days of receiving return

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all costs

5.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Items returned without authorization
Items damaged due to misuse

6. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service.
